电力电子滤波器的设计与仿真研究

【摘要】:随科学技术的进步,尤其是数字电子技术的发展,大量电子产品涌现出来,使人们生活水平不断提升。随着用电装置的迅速增加,越来越多的非线性电子装置被应用到生产及生活,引起非线性谐波的快速增加,与治理环境污染相似,治理谐波污染实际上是一种由量变到质变的转变。非线性电子装置用电存在着非线性、不均衡性及冲击性的特点,谐波的存在给生产及生活带来了极大影响。本课题意在设计一个电力电子滤波器,选取恰当的参数,通过仿真实验,能够改善三相电网谐波问题。论文首先论述了谐波的存在对三相电网及用电装置所带来的影响,随着近些年谐波危害的加剧,迫切需要采取一定措施对其进行抑制和补偿。其次对滤波器的一些关键技术进行了分析,包括谐波检测技术、锁相环控制技术、变流器控制技术等。详细介绍了p-q谐波检测和ip-iq谐波检测技术,为了提高电网电压及负载均不对称条件下的滤波效果,介绍了一种改进的ip-iq谐波检测技术。在分析了有谐波检测方案的基础上,考虑到滤波器滤波效果及性价比,介绍了一种无谐波检测方案。接着根据滤波器各个元器件的要求确定了对应参数,并对滤波器主电路的一些元器件进行了说明,同时对系统进行了硬件模块设计及软件设计。最后根据设计的滤波器电路及选取的元件参数,借助MATLAB工具箱,选取应用到的模块,搭建电力电子滤波器的MATLAB仿真模型,分别在电阻性负载及负载突变情况下进行了仿真,观察其动态响应及恢复时间,同时进行了一系列负载模拟实验,并对仿真结果进行了分析。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology, especially the development of digital electronic technology, a large number of electronic products emerge, which makes people's living standard improve constantly.With the rapid increase of electric devices, more and more nonlinear electronic devices are used in production and life, which cause the rapid increase of nonlinear harmonics, which is similar to environmental pollution control.Controlling harmonic pollution is actually a change from quantitative change to qualitative change.Nonlinear electronic devices have the characteristics of nonlinearity, imbalance and impact. The existence of harmonics has a great impact on production and daily life.The purpose of this paper is to design a power electronic filter, select appropriate parameters, and improve the harmonic problem of three-phase power system through simulation experiments.In this paper, the influence of harmonics on three-phase power network and electric devices is discussed firstly. With the increase of harmonic damage in recent years, some measures are urgently needed to suppress and compensate the harmonics.Secondly, some key technologies of the filter are analyzed, including harmonic detection technology, phase-locked loop control technology, converter control technology and so on.The p-q harmonic detection and ip-iq harmonic detection techniques are introduced in detail. In order to improve the filtering effect under the condition of asymmetric voltage and load, an improved ip-iq harmonic detection technique is introduced.Based on the analysis of the harmonic detection scheme, a harmonic free detection scheme is introduced considering the filter filtering effect and the ratio of performance to price.Then according to the requirements of each component of the filter, the corresponding parameters are determined, and some components of the main circuit of the filter are described. At the same time, the hardware module and software design of the system are carried out.Finally, according to the designed filter circuit and selected component parameters, with the help of MATLAB toolbox, the MATLAB simulation model of power electronic filter is built, and the simulation is carried out in the case of resistive load and load sudden change.The dynamic response and recovery time were observed, and a series of load simulation experiments were carried out, and the simulation results were analyzed.
