变电站避雷器在线监测系统的研究与设计

【摘要】:金属氧化物避雷器是一种电力行业内常用的设备,用以保证电力系统正常运作,不产生伤害。这种避雷器(也称为MOA)的主要原理是,通过对施加在设备上的大气过电压或内部过电压进行非线性调控,从而保证施加被保护设备上的电压在正常范围内。但是,在实际工作中,这种避雷器由于过电压作用,可能会产生损坏,引起比较大的电流泄露。产生漏电之后,还会导致功率有额外的损耗,引起MOA严重损坏,甚至可能发生比较严重的事故,危害人身财产安全。因此,在电力行业,要十分注重避雷器的定期检修,检测避雷器的漏电情况。这样才能够保证MOA的正常工作,保证电力系统的安全运行。对电力行业来说具有比较重要的实用价值。在本文中,笔者主要对避雷器的工作运行原理以及监测电路等方面进行分析,探究各种影响MOA工作情况的因素,随后搭建起比较适宜在线检修的系统平台,并结合数学模型进行分析。搭建好模型之后,对传统的在线检测过程加以测试和完善,设计出MOA在线监测系统的实现方案。在方案中,实现了对数据测量、传送以及分析等方面的讨论。对于基于神经网络的避雷器故障诊断系统,文中进行了设计与讨论,对避雷器远程在线监测提供了解决方案。对于在线监测系统的电源系统进行了设计。本文还结合了传统的监测系统,设计出了比较易于操作的管理体系。这种管理体系能够实现比较好的扩展性,并且在实际中安全性能有所保障,也便于操作。本文所设计的MOA监测系统,一方面能够为电力行业避雷器实时检测提供解决方案,另外一方面,在其他高压设备实时监测也具有一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:Metal oxide arrester is a common equipment in the power industry to ensure the normal operation of the power system without causing harm.The main principle of this arrester (also known as moa) is to ensure that the applied voltage on the protected equipment is in the normal range by nonlinear regulating the atmospheric overvoltage or the internal overvoltage applied on the equipment.However, in practice, the surge arrester may be damaged due to overvoltage, causing a relatively large leakage of current.After the leakage of electricity, it will lead to extra loss of power, serious damage to MOA, and even serious accidents, endangering the safety of personal and property.Therefore, in the power industry, should pay great attention to the periodic maintenance of arresters, detection of lightning arrester leakage.Only in this way can we ensure the normal operation of MOA and the safe operation of power system.It has important practical value for electric power industry.In this paper, the author mainly analyzes the operation principle and monitoring circuit of the arrester, probes into the factors that affect the working condition of MOA, and then builds a system platform suitable for on-line maintenance.And combined with the mathematical model to analyze.After the model is built, the traditional on-line detection process is tested and perfected, and the realization scheme of MOA on-line monitoring system is designed.In the scheme, the data measurement, transmission and analysis are discussed.The fault diagnosis system of arrester based on neural network is designed and discussed in this paper, which provides a solution for remote on-line monitoring of arrester.The power supply system of online monitoring system is designed.This paper also combines the traditional monitoring system and designs a management system which is easy to operate.This management system can achieve good expansibility, and in practice, the security performance is guaranteed, and it is easy to operate.The MOA monitoring system designed in this paper, on the one hand, can provide a solution for real-time detection of lightning arresters in power industry, on the other hand, it has certain reference significance in other high-voltage equipment real-time monitoring.
