基于拟序阻抗的海上双馈电机定子绕组匝间短路早期故障辨识

【摘要】:海上风电机组运行环境恶劣,早期故障信号微弱可能导致故障迅速恶化、引起修护困难,该文提出以拟序阻抗为故障特征量的海上双馈电机定子绕组匝间短路早期故障的辨识方法。首先构建精确、通用的双馈电机(doubly-fed induction generator,DFIG)定子绕组匝间短路故障模型,推导演绎故障状态下各序分量的表达式;然后计及工程上各种非理想运行工况的影响,得到由于故障引起的拟序阻抗表达式。仿真和实验分析结果表明,拟序阻抗对双馈电机定子绕组匝间短路的早期故障辨识具有高灵敏性与高可靠性,为海上双馈电机故障的精确辨识提供技术支撑。
[Abstract]:The poor operating environment of offshore wind turbines and the weak early fault signals may lead to the rapid deterioration of the faults and the difficulty of repair and maintenance. This paper presents an early fault identification method for inter-turn short circuit of stator windings of a marine doubly-fed machine with pseudo-sequence impedance as its fault characteristic. Firstly, an accurate and universal fault model of inter-turn short circuit in stator windings of doubly-fed induction generator (DFIGD) is constructed, and the expressions of each sequence component under the condition of fault are deduced, and then the influence of various non-ideal operating conditions in engineering is taken into account. The expression of pseudo-sequence impedance caused by fault is obtained. The simulation and experimental results show that the pseudo-sequence impedance has high sensitivity and high reliability for early fault identification of stator winding inter-turn short circuit of doubly-fed machine, which provides technical support for accurate fault identification of offshore doubly-fed machine.
