【摘要】:燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组性能分析与优化研究对于燃气机组优化运行和节能改造具有重大意义。本文利用(?)分析法对燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组进行了变工况性能分析和多目标优化研究,并讨论了不同类型联合循环机组间热电负荷优化分配的问题,主要内容如下:首先,建立了燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组中各主要部件的(?)分析计算模型,获得了机组设计及运行工况下的(?)损失分布,并在不同燃机负荷、环境温度、供热量下对机组进行变工况(?)分析,得到机组及各部件在不同工况下的炯变化规律,为机组深度节能提供了理论依据。其次,根据(?)经济学理论,建立了联合循环机组成本模型,并以全厂(?)效率最高、总成本最低和CO2排放量最小为目标,利用NSGAⅡ遗传算法对联合循环机组进行了多目标优化研究,获得了最优参数解集,进而根据要求选择最优参数解。此外,针对燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组提出了热电负荷优化分配方法,并以不同类型的联合循环机组为对象,分别建立一拖一型和二拖一型机组的能耗特性曲线,进行热电负荷优化分配,获得最佳方案,为电厂人员运行操作提供参考。最后,开发了燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组性能监测与运行优化软件,并详细介绍了软件架构、开发流程和相关功能。
[Abstract]:The performance analysis and optimization research of gas-steam combined cycle unit is of great significance for the optimization operation and energy-saving reconstruction of gas-fired unit.
