闭式循环水系统凝汽器仿生态自然清洗方法的数值模拟研究

【摘要】:为了在闭式循环水系统凝汽器清洗过程中兼顾清洗成本、清洗效率以及设备安全性等多方面因素,进而代替传统的凝汽器清洗方法,提出了一种闭式循环水系统凝汽器仿生态自然清洗方法。通过向闭式循环水中投放固体清洗颗粒以模拟开式循环水系统水体中沙粒对于凝汽器换热管束的自然清洗过程,并构建了能够精确反映清洗过程的数学和物理模型,通过数值模拟的手段验证了清洗方案的合理性,研究了颗粒密度和直径对于颗粒在冷却管中的分布均匀性、冲刷强度的影响,优化了颗粒的选型方案。
[Abstract]:In order to take account of many factors, such as cleaning cost, cleaning efficiency and equipment safety, in the process of condenser cleaning in closed circulating water system, the traditional method of condenser cleaning is replaced. A method of ecological natural cleaning of condenser in closed circulating water system is presented. By injecting solid cleaning particles into closed circulating water to simulate the natural cleaning of condenser heat transfer tube bundles by sand particles in open circulating water system, a mathematical and physical model which can accurately reflect the cleaning process is constructed. The rationality of the cleaning scheme was verified by numerical simulation. The effects of particle density and diameter on the distribution uniformity and scour strength of particles in the cooling pipe were studied and the particle selection scheme was optimized.
