聚乙烯电缆护套耐环境应力开裂性能的研究

【摘要】:本文主要研究了聚乙烯电缆护套在使用过程中出现的环境应力开裂问题。聚乙烯材料因其具有优越的机械强度、韧性、耐热性以及电绝缘性能,因此在电线电缆护套上得到广泛的应用。但是在应用过程中存在着耐环境应力开裂性能较差,严重影响了电缆的使用寿命,从而限制了聚乙烯材料的广泛使用。为了分析聚乙烯电缆护套的的环境应力开裂机理,采用了企业提供的开裂及未开裂聚乙烯电缆护套粒子及制件,通过FT-IR和DSC分析了研究了电缆绝缘护套材料中高密度聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯对材料耐环境应力开裂性能的影响,发现高密度聚乙烯易导致电缆材料开裂;通过TG研究了电缆绝缘护套的热稳定性能,发现提高抗氧剂抗氧效率可以提高材料的耐环境应力开裂性能;凝胶含量和SEM测试表明材料的交联度、与其耐环境应力开裂性能相关,交联度较高的材料其耐环境应力开裂性能也较优异。为了分析不同组分配方对聚乙烯电缆护套的环境应力开裂性能的影响,采用双螺杆共混的方法制备了不同组实验样品。研究了不同组分配方对力学性能、耐热性能、耐收缩性能、以及耐环境应力开裂性能的影响。发现随着LLDPE和EVA含量的上升护套料的力学性能出现下降,但护套料的耐收缩性与耐环境应力开裂性能得到大幅提升。发现随着DCP含量的提高护套料的耐收缩及耐环境应力开裂性能出现先上升后下降的趋势。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the environmental stress cracking of polyethylene cable sheath is studied. Polyethylene is widely used in wire and cable sheath because of its excellent mechanical strength, toughness, heat resistance and electrical insulation. However, in the process of application, the environmental stress cracking resistance is poor, which seriously affects the service life of cables, thus limiting the wide use of polyethylene materials. In order to analyze the environmental stress cracking mechanism of polyethylene cable sheath, the cracked and uncracked polyethylene cable sheath particles and parts provided by enterprises were adopted. The effects of high density polyethylene and linear low density polyethylene on the environmental stress cracking resistance of cable insulation and sheath materials were studied by FT-IR and DSC. It was found that high density polyethylene could easily lead to cable material cracking. The thermal stability of cable insulation and sheathing was studied by TG. It was found that increasing the antioxidant efficiency could improve the environmental stress cracking resistance of the material, and the gel content and SEM test showed the crosslinking degree of the material. Environmental stress cracking resistance of materials with high crosslinking degree is also good. In order to analyze the effect of different distribution groups on the environmental stress cracking properties of polyethylene cable sheath, different groups of experimental samples were prepared by twin-screw blending method. The effects of different groups on mechanical properties, heat resistance, shrinkage resistance and environmental stress cracking resistance were studied. It was found that the mechanical properties of sheathing materials decreased with the increase of LLDPE and EVA content, but the shrinkage resistance and environmental stress cracking resistance of sheathing materials were greatly improved. It was found that with the increase of DCP content, the shrinkage resistance and environmental stress cracking resistance of sheathing materials increased first and then decreased.
