青海地区光伏电站35kV系统接地方式的研究及应用

【摘要】:随着国家新能源战略的推进,太阳能、风能等新能源技术得到了前所未有的发展,青海省海西地区集中式光伏电站的建设也取得了前所未有的成就,截止2016年底光伏装机占青海省海西地区总装机容量的66.1%。本论文结合多年的光伏电站运行经验以及青海省海西地区光伏电站现有的中性点接地方式,从过电压与绝缘水平、供电可靠性、通讯干扰、人身安全、系统发展的可能性等方面出发,对其各自的原理、适用范围和优缺点等进行简单的分析比较,根据光伏电站的特性提出光伏电站中低压系统合理的接地方式。确定中性点接地方式后,结合多年的工作经验和青海地区常用的中低压侧接线方式,对中性点经低电阻接地的光伏电站探讨接地变、主变、馈线等相关设备的继电保护整定计算原则,进行短路电流分析计算,针对零序短路电流计算,给出了不同短路点流过各自保护装置的零序电流计算方法,并给出了经过渡电阻接地的零序电流计算方法。同时,对双回线并网、多级线路并网等复杂的接线方式进行了短路电流计算分析。最后结合实际案例,进一步分析相关的短路电流计算及保护整定计算。最后,根据多年光伏电站事故跳闸分析的总结经验,对光伏电站的设计、施工、运行等环节提出一些注意事项,为后续光伏电站的建设、运行维护提供参考意见。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of national new energy strategy, new energy technologies such as solar and wind energy have been developed unprecedented, and the construction of centralized photovoltaic power plants in Haixi area of Qinghai Province has also made unprecedented achievements. By the end of 2016, photovoltaic machines accounted for 66.1 percent of the total installed capacity in Haixi, Qinghai Province. This paper combines many years of operation experience of photovoltaic power station and the existing neutral grounding mode of photovoltaic power station in Haixi area of Qinghai Province, from overvoltage and insulation level, power supply reliability, communication interference, personal safety, Based on the possibility of system development, this paper makes a simple analysis and comparison of their respective principles, applicable scope, advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward a reasonable grounding mode for the medium and low voltage system of photovoltaic power plants according to the characteristics of photovoltaic power plants. After determining the grounding mode of neutral point, combined with years of working experience and common connection mode of middle and low voltage side in Qinghai area, the grounding transformer and main transformer of photovoltaic power station with neutral point grounding through low resistance grounding are discussed. Based on the calculation principle of relay protection setting for feeder and other related equipments, the analysis and calculation of short-circuit current are carried out. For the calculation of zero-sequence short-circuit current, the calculation method of zero-sequence current with different short-circuit points flowing through their respective protective devices is given. The calculation method of zero sequence current after crossing resistance grounding is given. At the same time, the short circuit current calculation and analysis are carried out for the complex connection modes of double circuit line and multistage line. Finally, combined with practical cases, the related short-circuit current calculation and protection setting calculation are further analyzed. Finally, according to the experience of accident tripping analysis of photovoltaic power station for many years, some matters needing attention in the design, construction and operation of photovoltaic power station are put forward, which can provide reference for the construction, operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power station.
