配电调度操作票专家系统的应用

【摘要】:当前,电网运行安全的一个基本保障策略是电网调度操作票制度。电力管理部门明确规定,在电网具体操作过程中,操作票必须要填写,而且要求所填写的操作票必须要百分百合格。电力系统内,专家系统的主要应用之一即为调度操作票专家系统。实现电力调度操作票专家系统推理机是本次课题论文分析的基本内容。文章对齐齐哈尔地区电网架构进行了分析,整体设计了电网调度操作票专家系统,选择应用关系型数据库表示了设备属性知识与电网结构知识,这样可以把由于无意操作导致的数据差错现象避免,把搜索效率提升,将数据库冗余减少。基于网络拓扑结构、电力系统的调度操作现状,采用面向对象的分析与设计办法,完成了推理机制与知识库设计。把能于正常变电站装置内进行自动开票的推理机系统设计成功。
[Abstract]:At present, one of the basic security strategies for power grid operation is the dispatching operation order system. The electric power management department clearly stipulates that in the specific operation process of the power network, the operation ticket must be filled out, and the operation ticket must be 100% qualified. In power system, one of the main applications of expert system is dispatching operation order expert system. The realization of power dispatching operation order expert system reasoning machine is the basic content of this thesis analysis. In this paper, the structure of Qiqihar power network is analyzed, the expert system of dispatching operation order is designed, and the equipment attribute knowledge and power network structure knowledge are represented by selecting the relational database. In this way, the data error caused by unintentional operation can be avoided, the search efficiency can be improved, and the redundancy of database can be reduced. Based on the network topology and the current situation of dispatching operation in power system, the reasoning mechanism and knowledge base are designed by using object-oriented analysis and design method. The reasoning machine system which can automatically issue tickets in the normal substation device is successfully designed.
