考虑铁芯非线性的变压器宽频建模方法研究

【摘要】:为了准确分析变压器在暂态过电压下的运行特性,有必要建立一种考虑铁芯非线性效应的变压器宽频模型。给出了一种系统的变压器非线性宽频模型的建模方法。从计及饱和、损耗的变压器T型等效电路出发,将考虑变压器宽频特性的黑盒模型与之并联,建立了宽频非线性并联扩展模型。对测量所得端口导纳和传统等效电路导纳进行作差运算获得黑盒模型导纳参数,利用改进的矢量匹配法进行该导纳参数的有理函数拟合,通过网络综合建立黑盒模型等效电路,用非线性电感取代线性电感得到整体的等效电路模型。对一台自制单相变压器建立模型并进行了工频、谐波、操作波、雷电波激励下的实验验证,仿真结果和实测数据的对比验证了本文建模方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately analyze the operating characteristics of transformers under transient overvoltage, it is necessary to establish a broadband transformer model considering the nonlinear effect of iron core. In this paper, a modeling method of nonlinear broadband transformer model is presented. Based on the T-type equivalent circuit of transformer considering saturation and loss, the black-box model considering the wide frequency characteristic of transformer is connected in parallel, and the nonlinear parallel expansion model of wide-band transformer is established. The admittance parameters of the black box model are obtained by the difference operation between the measured port admittance and the traditional equivalent circuit admittance. The rational function fitting of the admittance parameter is carried out by using the improved vector matching method, and the equivalent circuit of the black box model is established by network synthesis. A global equivalent circuit model is obtained by replacing the linear inductor with a nonlinear inductor. The model of a self-made single-phase transformer is established and the validity of the modeling method is verified by the experimental results under the excitation of power frequency harmonic operating wave and lightning wave. The comparison between the simulation results and the measured data verifies the effectiveness of the modeling method in this paper.
