2MW离岸风机在变风速、阵风条件下的疲劳寿命分析

【摘要】:化石燃料的日益枯竭,开发新能源刻不容缓。风能作为一种开发较早,技术比较成熟的清洁能源,得到了较好的发展,其中离岸风力发电作为目前比较热门的风力发电技术得到了较多的关注,通过对离岸型风力发电机的疲劳寿命进行深入研究,对于提高我国自主离岸风电技术,降低对国外企业技术的依赖,打破西方垄断起到重要意义。本研究对一种常用型号的离岸风力发电机(WT_86),通过综合应用3D CAD/CAE软件对风机进行了其在正常工作以及异常风况条件下的的结构疲劳寿命分析,对其在不同工作状态下的寿命进行了分析和预测,为此型风机的改进提供的重要依据。WT_86型2MW风力发电机是目前比较常用的一种离岸风机型号。本文通过SolidWorks软件对风机的轮毂、机舱、塔柱进行了模型的建立,通过ANSYS ACP/APDL对风机叶片进行了精细的复合材料建模,之后再选用Fluent软件,选用标准K-epsilon湍流模型,对风机进行了流体分析,之后通过Static Structural对风机进行了静态分析,验证了其结构安全,之后通过汇入Fluent得到的分析数据进入Static Structural进行了流固耦合分析以及通过Fatigue Tools进行了疲劳寿命分析,验证了其疲劳寿命达到了预计的设计寿命。
[Abstract]:With the increasing depletion of fossil fuels, it is urgent to develop new energy sources. Wind energy, as a kind of clean energy developed earlier and more mature in technology, has got better development, among which offshore wind power generation has been paid more attention as a popular wind power generation technology at present. By studying the fatigue life of offshore wind turbine, it is of great significance to improve the offshore wind power technology in China, reduce the dependence on foreign enterprises and break the western monopoly. In this study, the structural fatigue life of a commonly used offshore wind turbine, WT86T, was analyzed under normal and abnormal wind conditions by using 3D CAD/CAE software. The life of the wind turbine in different working conditions is analyzed and forecasted, and the important basis for the improvement of this type of fan. WTS / 86 2MW wind turbine is a commonly used offshore fan model at present. In this paper, the model of the wheel hub, engine room and tower column of the fan is established by SolidWorks software, and the fine composite modeling of the fan blade is carried out by ANSYS ACP/APDL, then the Fluent software and the standard K-epsilon turbulence model are selected. The flow analysis of the fan is carried out, and the static analysis of the fan is carried out through Static Structural, which verifies its structural safety. After that, the analysis data from Fluent are imported into Static Structural for fluid-solid coupling analysis and Fatigue Tools for fatigue life analysis. It is verified that its fatigue life has reached the expected design life.
