风电参与电力系统调频综述

【摘要】:目前风电并网运行渗透率逐步增大,利用风电参与电网频率调整,增强系统运行的稳定性已经成为国内外研究的热点问题。综述了风电参与系统频率调整的控制策略研究进展,对比研究了虚拟惯性控制、下垂控制、转子转速控制、桨距角控制、附加储能系统等不同控制策略,明确了各种控制策略的原理、优缺点以及适用范围。分析了风电场内不同风机之间的协调控制算法以及风机与其他常规机组之间的协调配合控制。阐述了智能算法、虚拟同步发电机技术给风电调频带来的新思路以及电压源型高压直流输电技术的应用给风电调频带来的挑战。最后,展望了未来研究的重点内容:源荷双侧的高度不确定性对风电调频的影响;风电调频算法参数整定的依据;风电参与系统调频容量的评估方法。
[Abstract]:At present, the permeability of wind power connected to the grid is gradually increasing. It has become a hot issue to use wind power to participate in the frequency adjustment of power grid and enhance the stability of the system. In this paper, the research progress of wind power control strategy for frequency regulation is reviewed. Different control strategies, such as virtual inertia control, droop control, rotor speed control, pitch angle control, additional energy storage system, are compared. The principle, advantages and disadvantages and applicable scope of various control strategies are clarified. The coordination control algorithm between different fans in wind farm and the coordination control between fan and other conventional units are analyzed. The intelligent algorithm, the new idea of virtual synchronous generator technology to wind power frequency modulation and the challenge to wind power frequency modulation caused by the application of voltage source type HVDC transmission technology are expounded in this paper. Finally, the key contents of future research are prospected: the influence of high uncertainty of source load on wind power frequency modulation, the basis of parameter setting of wind power frequency modulation algorithm, and the evaluation method of wind power participating in frequency modulation capacity.
