基于用户需求的尖峰电价优化研究

【摘要】:由于我国经济的快速发展,对电力需求不断增长,某些地区高峰负荷日益升高,对电网设备等极为不利。为了缓解电力供应的压力,仅通过发电厂来解决资源调整是不可能完成的,而需求响应措施可以引导客户用电,降低高峰负荷,成为解决该类问题的有效途径之一。其核心为电价机制,即通过合理的价格来刺激用户改变用电方式,降低发电设备压力,使供电方与用户均受益,其扮演的角色日益重要。因此,本文提出了一种基于消费者心理学理论的尖峰电价机理模型。本文阐述了关于尖峰电价的现实意义,与其电价的制定所要依托的理论基础。根据我国电力能源使用的实际情况,提出了制订尖峰电价的合理方法。首先,在峰谷分时电价的基础上,根据模糊数学,利用模糊隶属函数对时段进行划分。然后,对用户响应行为进行分析研究,利用消费者心理学理论建立用户负荷转移模型,用户的差异也会导致响应的差异。本文采用最小二乘法对用户响应曲线进行拟合,表明用户对电价的反应存在阈值,随之解决了阈值的获取问题,并且给出了响应曲线特征参数的校正方案。再者是利用拟合修正之后的响应曲线建立尖峰电价的数学模型。该模型兼顾了经济与资源两方面因素,针对峰谷差与峰值都最小化的问题,建立了以总用电量不变和供电方与用户方利益平衡为约束条件的尖峰电价数学模型,并且对其进行了求解。仿真结果表明:本文提出的拟合曲线方法在有效的同时,能够为制定合理的尖峰电价提供科学依据。并且,尖峰电价能够更好有效地改善日负荷曲线,使购电与售电达到较好的支出收入平衡,且总用电量不减,实现了削峰填谷效应。
[Abstract]:Because of the rapid development of economy in China, the demand for electricity is increasing, and the peak load in some areas is increasing day by day, which is very disadvantageous to the power network equipment and so on. In order to relieve the pressure of power supply, it is impossible to solve the problem of resource adjustment only by power plant, and the demand response measures can guide customers to use electricity, reduce the peak load, and become one of the effective ways to solve this kind of problem. Its core is the electricity price mechanism, that is, through reasonable price to stimulate users to change the mode of electricity, reduce the pressure of generating equipment, so that both the power supply side and the user benefit, its role plays an increasingly important role. Therefore, this paper presents a peak price mechanism model based on consumer psychology theory. This paper expounds the practical significance of peak electricity price and the theoretical basis on which it is made. According to the actual situation of power energy use in China, a reasonable method for determining the peak electricity price is put forward. Firstly, on the basis of peak-valley time-sharing price and fuzzy mathematics, the time period is divided by fuzzy membership function. Then, the user response behavior is analyzed, and the user load transfer model is established by using consumer psychology theory. The difference of user will lead to the difference of response. In this paper, the least square method is used to fit the user response curve, which shows that there is a threshold value for the user's response to electricity price, and the problem of obtaining the threshold value is solved, and the correction scheme for the characteristic parameters of the response curve is given. Furthermore, the mathematical model of peak price is established by fitting the revised response curve. This model takes both economic and resource factors into account. Aiming at the problem of minimizing peak and valley difference and peak value, a mathematical model of peak electricity price is established, in which the total power consumption is invariable and the interests of the power supply side and the user are balanced as constraints. And it is solved. The simulation results show that the proposed fitting curve method is effective and can provide a scientific basis for the establishment of reasonable peak electricity price. Moreover, the peak electricity price can improve the daily load curve more effectively, achieve a better balance of expenditure income between electricity purchase and electricity sale, and the total electricity consumption does not decrease, thus realizing the effect of peak cutting and valley filling.
