核级动态拉杆受压临界载荷计算方法研究

【摘要】:针对变截面杆的受压临界载荷确定,本文尝试使用一种快速有效的理论计算方法进行校核,以满足工程应用。该方法使用矩阵传递法进行了理论计算,并使用ANSYS软件和规范KTA3205分别进行了有限元计算和试验验证。结合制造工艺及计算简化处理方法对计算结果进行差异性分析,验证了理论计算方法的合理性和可用性。
[Abstract]:In view of the determination of the compressive critical load of the variable cross section bar, this paper attempts to use a fast and effective theoretical calculation method to check it in order to satisfy the engineering application. In this method, the matrix transfer method is used to carry out the theoretical calculation, and the finite element calculation and experimental verification are carried out by using ANSYS software and standard KTA3205, respectively. The rationality and availability of the theoretical calculation method are verified by analyzing the difference of the calculation results with the manufacturing process and the simplified calculation method.
