两支路冷储备自动循环调配系统的维修性研究

【摘要】:自动循环调配系统广泛应用于空调、太阳能照明等产品的工作状态切换,为了掌握其维修性对产品维修性和可靠性的影响方式与程度,研究了带一个修理工的两支路冷储备自动循环调配系统的维修性问题,指出串联系统模型的假设在该类系统维修性估计中存在的问题或不足,根据转换开关故障立即导致系统故障和仅在开关进行系统工作状态切换时才导致系统故障的两种不同影响模式,应用Markov理论分别导出系统故障寿命和维修时间均服从指数分布的稳态系统可用度、故障率、平均无故障工作时间和平均维修时间的表达式。将研究成果应用于某型号挂壁式空调的维修性估计中,验证了方法的正确性。
[Abstract]:The automatic circulation distribution system is widely used in the switching of the working state of air conditioning, solar lighting and other products. In order to understand the way and degree of its maintainability to the maintainability and reliability of the product, In this paper, the maintainability of two branch cold reserve automatic cycle allocation system with a repairman is studied, and the problems or shortcomings of the hypothesis of series system model in the maintainability estimation of this kind of system are pointed out. According to the two different modes of influence, the switching switch fault causes the system failure immediately and only when the switch switches the system working state. By using Markov theory, the expressions of system availability, failure rate, average failure free working time and average maintenance time are derived from the exponential distribution of system failure life and maintenance time. The research results are applied to the maintainability estimation of a certain type of hanging air conditioning system, and the correctness of the method is verified.
