远方集中式与就地分布式光伏供电经济性比较

【摘要】:优先发展远方集中式光伏发电还是优先发展就地分布式光伏发电,需要进行经济性比较。立足于光伏电站建设发展的地域性差异,在传统光伏电站成本电价计算方法的基础上,考虑用户的实际用电成本,提出了远方集中式光伏电站与就近分布式光伏电站发、输、配电拓扑模型。分析了光伏电站在发、输、配电过程中的电能传输效率,将光伏系统的损耗与输配电成本纳入光伏用电成本,建立了一个用于评价光伏系统发、输、配电全过程内效率与成本的计算模型,并采用实际算例给出了具体的比较过程。结果表明:光照小时数、输电距离、光伏电站的单位容量投资是影响远方集中式光伏电站与就地分布式光伏电站成本差异的主要因素。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to compare the economy between centralized photovoltaic generation and distributed photovoltaic generation. Based on the regional differences in the construction and development of photovoltaic power plants, and on the basis of the traditional calculation method of cost and electricity price of photovoltaic power stations, considering the actual cost of users, the paper puts forward the generation and transmission of remote centralized photovoltaic power stations and nearby distributed photovoltaic power stations. Distribution topology model. The transmission efficiency of photovoltaic power station in the process of power generation, transmission and distribution is analyzed. The loss of photovoltaic system and the cost of transmission and distribution are incorporated into the cost of photovoltaic power, and a new method is established to evaluate the generation and transmission of photovoltaic system. The calculation model of efficiency and cost in the whole process of distribution is given, and the concrete comparison process is given with practical examples. The results show that the number of hours of illumination, the distance of transmission and the investment of unit capacity of photovoltaic power station are the main factors that affect the cost difference between remote centralized photovoltaic power station and local distributed photovoltaic power station.
