燃煤电厂节能减排改造技术综合评价研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展,环境问题越发受到社会各界的高度关注。燃煤发电作为我国的主要发电方式,其高耗能、高排放问题已得到一定程度的解决,尚有一些问题亟待解决和研究。首先,论文介绍了国内外燃煤电厂节能减排的研究现状,给出了电厂常用节能减排改造技术,同时阐述我国燃煤电厂节能减排改造工作及效果评价应当遵循的原则,为我国燃煤电厂节能减排工作提供理论依据。然后,根据全面、科学、合理等原则,从资源能源消耗、环境效益、资源综合利用、经济效益以及节能减排管理工作五个方面建立指标体系,多角度考量电厂节能减排改造技术的效果,并对各指标的内涵予以了详细解释。再次,构造了综合评价模型,利用层次分析确定了各指标权重,采用模糊综合评价方法衡量了节能减排改造技术的实施效果。最后,以某燃煤电厂为例,根据构建好的指标评价体系和评价模型,对电厂改造前后节能减排的效果分别进行了评价,并重点从资源能源消耗与环境效益两个方面对该电厂节能减排改造前后效果进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,本文所构建的燃煤电厂节能减排改造技术效果综合评价指标体系和模型,兼具科学性与可行性。本文的研究成果为衡量我国燃煤电厂节能减排情况提供了依据,对燃煤电厂开展节能减排工作具有重要的推动作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, environmental problems have attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. As the main power generation mode in China, the problems of high energy consumption and high emission have been solved to a certain extent, and there are still some problems to be solved and studied. First of all, the paper introduces the research status of energy saving and emission reduction in coal-fired power plants at home and abroad, gives the commonly used energy-saving and emission-reducing retrofit technology, and expounds the principles that should be followed in the retrofit and effect evaluation of coal-fired power plants in China. It provides theoretical basis for energy saving and emission reduction of coal-fired power plants in China. Then, according to the principles of comprehensive, scientific and reasonable, the index system is established from five aspects: resource and energy consumption, environmental benefit, comprehensive utilization of resources, economic benefit and management of energy saving and emission reduction. The effect of energy-saving and emission reduction retrofit technology in power plant is considered from various angles, and the connotation of each index is explained in detail. Thirdly, the comprehensive evaluation model is constructed, the weight of each index is determined by AHP, and the implementation effect of energy-saving and emission-reduction retrofit technology is measured by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, taking a coal-fired power plant as an example, according to the established index evaluation system and evaluation model, the effects of energy-saving and emission reduction before and after the retrofit of the power plant are evaluated respectively. The results before and after the retrofit of energy saving and emission reduction in the power plant are compared and analyzed from the aspects of resource and energy consumption and environmental benefit. The research results show that the comprehensive evaluation index system and model for the technical effect of energy-saving and emission reduction renovation in coal-fired power plants are scientific and feasible. The research results of this paper provide the basis for measuring the situation of energy saving and emission reduction in coal-fired power plants in China, and play an important role in promoting the development of energy-saving and emission reduction work in coal-fired power plants.
