变电站继电保护就地化整体解决方案研究

【摘要】:回顾了近十年来我国智能变电站继电保护技术发展的概况,介绍了继电保护就地化的整体配置方案,包括线路保护、母线保护、主变保护、站域保护及间隔层其他设备就地化的实现技术。介绍了继电保护就地化的气候环境适应性、电磁环境适应性、二次回路可靠性和跨间隔保护设备就地化等关键问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。考虑到就地化继电保护运维的特殊性,提出了以自动检测和智能监测为基本方法的运维管理模式,实现就地化继电保护全寿命周期内即插即用的目标。展望了继电保护就地化技术未来可能的发展方向。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the development of relay protection technology in intelligent substations in China in recent ten years, and introduces the overall configuration scheme of local relay protection, including line protection, bus protection and main transformer protection. The realization technology of station domain protection and other equipment in the spacer. This paper introduces the key problems of local adaptation of relay protection, such as climate and environment adaptability, electromagnetic environment adaptability, reliability of secondary circuit and localization of protection equipment, and puts forward corresponding solutions. Considering the particularity of local relay protection operation and maintenance, an operation and maintenance management mode based on automatic detection and intelligent monitoring is proposed to realize the goal of plug and play in the whole life cycle of local relay protection. The possible development direction of local relay protection technology in the future is prospected.
