Nomex和Kraft绝缘纸在KI50X绝缘油中的空间电荷特性

【摘要】:目前越来越多的电力设备开始尝试新的绝缘介质来替代传统纤维素绝缘纸和新型绝缘油组成的绝缘结构。Nomex绝缘纸由于具有良好的机械性能和电气性能,在相对较高的温度长期运行而不影响其绝缘性能而受到关注,但是对于Nomex绝缘纸和传统纤维素绝缘纸在KI50X绝缘油中的空间电荷特性研究较少。为此通过电声脉冲法对比研究了Nomex绝缘纸和传统纤维素绝缘纸的空间电荷的积聚和消散特性,结果表明:在相同的电场强度下,Nomex绝缘纸内部空间电荷的注入量明显低于Kraft绝缘纸;随着电场强度越高,Kraft绝缘纸内部空间电荷积聚越明显,而在任何电场强度下,Kraft绝缘纸内部的空间电荷偏移都更加明显;Kraft绝缘纸比Nomex绝缘纸更容易发生空间电荷积聚;Kraft绝缘纸的电荷消散速率和迁移率大于Nomex绝缘纸。
[Abstract]:At present, more and more power equipment begin to try new insulating media to replace the traditional cellulose insulator paper and the new insulation oil. Nomex insulator paper has good mechanical and electrical properties. However, the space charge characteristics of Nomex insulator paper and traditional cellulose insulator paper in KI50X insulating oil are less studied because of their long-term operation at relatively high temperature without affecting their insulation properties. In this paper, the characteristics of space charge accumulation and dissipation of Nomex insulator paper and traditional cellulose insulator paper were studied by electroacoustic pulse method. The results show that the space charge injection rate of Nomex insulator paper is obviously lower than that of Kraft insulator paper under the same electric field intensity, and the space charge accumulation in Kraft insulator paper is more obvious with the increase of electric field intensity. At any electric field intensity, the inner space charge shift of Kraft insulator paper is more obvious than that of Nomex insulator paper. The charge dissipation rate and mobility of Kraft insulator paper are higher than that of Nomex insulator paper.
