具有分压电容平衡功能的新型组合九电平逆变器

【摘要】:针对传统多电平逆变器存在电平数大于3时,分压电容难以平衡,造成拓扑电路结构复杂等问题,对扩展NP点的混合H桥拓扑和独立分压电容平衡拓扑电路进行组合,简化并得到一种新型九电平逆变器拓扑电路;针对该拓扑电路提出相应的四载波层叠SPWM策略。通过仿真分析,扩展NP点的混合H桥拓扑中间两个分压电容电压值幅度在基准电压0V上下波动,其幅度达到±25V;而新型九电平逆变器的分压电容电压值在期望值100V上下波动时,其波动幅值小于±5V,因此,从仿真结果表明新型九电平逆变器拓扑结构及调制策略的应用,不仅可降低输出电压纹波的幅值,还能达到分压电容均衡的效果,并减少了两个开关管的应用,降低经济成本。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of traditional multilevel inverter, such as the voltage number is more than 3, the voltage divider capacitance is difficult to balance, and the topology circuit structure is complex, the hybrid H-bridge topology and the independent voltage capacitor balance topology circuit of extended NP point are combined. A novel nine-level inverter topology circuit is simplified and a four-carrier stacked SPWM strategy is proposed for the topology circuit. Through the simulation analysis, the voltage amplitude of the two voltage dividers in the middle of the hybrid H-bridge topology with extended NP points fluctuates up and down at the reference voltage 0V, and the amplitude reaches 卤25V, while the voltage value of the new nine-level inverter fluctuates at the expected value of 100V. The fluctuation amplitude is less than 卤5V. Therefore, the simulation results show that the application of the topology and modulation strategy of the novel nine-level inverter can not only reduce the amplitude of the output voltage ripple, but also achieve the effect of the equalization of the partial voltage capacitance. The application of two switches is reduced and the economic cost is reduced.
