基于区间线性规划的区域综合能源系统日前优化调度

【摘要】:针对区域综合能源系统在市场环境下的优化调度中未充分考虑多个系统互联及光伏/负荷的预测误差等不确定性的现状,研究基于区间线性规划的区域综合能源系统日前优化调度方法。采用区间数对光伏出力及负荷的不确定性进行区间描述,以能源服务公司利益最大化为目标,综合考虑多能互补和网络互联及环境效益,并采用分时电价制度,建立基于区间线性规划的区域综合能源系统日前经济优化调度模型,其目标函数及优化变量均以适宜区间来表示。采用强化区间线性规划方法进行求解,能够保证解空间的绝对可行性。通过算例分析验证了该方法的可行性与合理性,仿真结果表明:在多个能源服务公司参与交易的背景下,区域综合能源系统及配网的互联可提高能源服务公司总盈利,区间形式的最优解为决策者提供了选择空间,可以反映系统中不确定因素对能源服务公司盈利的影响。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the uncertainty of multi system interconnection and the uncertainty of PV / load prediction error in the optimal scheduling of regional integrated energy system under the market environment, the daily optimization scheduling method for regional integrated energy system based on interval linear programming is studied. The uncertainty of interval number on PV output and load is adopted. Interval description, aiming at the maximization of Energy Service Companies benefits, considering multi energy complementarity and network interconnection and environmental benefits, and adopting time sharing price system, a daily economic optimal scheduling model of regional integrated energy system based on interval linear programming is established. The objective function and optimal variable are expressed in a suitable interval. This method can guarantee the absolute feasibility of the solution space. The feasibility and rationality of the method are verified by an example analysis. The simulation results show that the interconnection of regional integrated energy system and distribution network can improve the total profit of the Energy Service Companies under the background of multiple Energy Service Companies participation in the transaction. The optimal solution of the form provides the decision-maker with the choice space, which can reflect the influence of the uncertain factors on the Energy Service Companies's profit.
