供电企业变电检修巡检管理改进及优化研究

【摘要】:变电检修巡检与变电运行维护工作中的巡检不完全相同,前者以专业的视角对变电设备进行更深入的巡检与检查,是变电设备实施状态检修的重要环节。变电检修的巡检工作涉及所有的变电设备,巡检结果是制定状态检修策略的重要依据,其巡检工作的效率与质量直接关系到电力系统的安全、稳定运行,具有非常重要的现实意义。当前,供电公司对变电设备的巡检管理还须进一步提升,以满足精益化管理和状态检修的要求。本文对变电检修巡检管理的研究现状进行详细分析,回顾了巡检发展的历程,说明了变电设备巡检的内容,梳理了巡检管理的相关内容。对供电公司变电检修巡检管理现状进行充分研究,查找存在的问题,并对问题产生的原因进行详细分析,包括了主观、客观原因和内在、外在因素等4个方面。针对存在的问题和形成原因,提出了巡检管理改进及优化的总体思路,首先基于人机系统理论对巡检管理工作进行标准化建设;然后通过对巡检安全制度和生产制度的优化得到制度上的保障;最后对巡检管理的具体内容进行优化。本文对巡检内容的优化以巡检周期优化为例进行说明。基本方法是采用改进残差灰色预测模型对变电设备的状态进行预测,并对预测结果进行状态评价,以评价结果为依据对变电设备的巡检周期进行优化。对变电检修巡检管理的改进及优化工作进行信息化建设,开发出相应的巡检管理系统,以进一步巩固其研究成果并提高管理成效。最后,以J供电公司的巡检管理为案例,说明了该公司巡检管理标准化建设与制度优化的实施结果。同时,以变压器为例说明巡检周期优化的方法和步骤。其中包括了变压器状态评价指标的建立,各指标的评分方法,采用熵权法确定指标权重,以及基于改进残差灰色预测模型的状态预测方法。通过对J供电公司的变电检修巡检管理的优化研究,以及变电检修巡检管理系统的应用,使J供电公司的变电检修巡检更加规范、高效,更加符合状态检修和精益化管理的要求。
[Abstract]:The inspection of substation maintenance is not exactly the same as that of operation and maintenance of substation. The former carries out more in-depth inspection and inspection of substation equipment from a professional angle of view, which is an important link in the implementation of condition-based maintenance of substation equipment. The inspection work of substation maintenance involves all substation equipments. The inspection result is an important basis for formulating the strategy of condition maintenance. The efficiency and quality of the inspection work are directly related to the safety and stability of the power system. Has very important realistic significance. In order to meet the requirements of lean management and condition-based maintenance, the inspection management of substation equipment in power supply company must be further improved. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the research status of the inspection and management of substation maintenance, reviews the development of the inspection, explains the contents of the patrol inspection of substation equipment, and combs the related contents of the inspection management. This paper makes a full study on the current situation of the inspection and management of substation maintenance in power supply companies, finds out the existing problems, and analyzes the causes of the problems in detail, including four aspects: subjective, objective, internal and external. Aiming at the existing problems and forming reasons, the general idea of improving and optimizing the inspection management is put forward. Firstly, the standardization construction of the inspection management is carried out based on the man-machine system theory. Then the system is guaranteed by optimizing the inspection safety system and the production system; finally, the specific contents of the inspection management are optimized. In this paper, the optimization of patrol inspection content is illustrated by an example of patrol cycle optimization. The basic method is to use the improved residual grey prediction model to predict the state of the substation equipment, and to evaluate the state of the forecast results, and to optimize the inspection cycle of the transformer equipment based on the evaluation results. In order to further consolidate the research results and improve the management results, the improvement and optimization of substation maintenance inspection and inspection management is carried out with the information construction, and the corresponding patrol management system is developed in order to further consolidate its research results and improve the management results. Finally, taking the inspection management of J Power supply Company as an example, the results of standardization construction and system optimization of patrol management in J Power supply Company are illustrated. At the same time, take transformer as an example to illustrate the method and steps of cycle optimization. It includes the establishment of transformer condition evaluation index, the scoring method of each index, the determination of index weight by entropy weight method, and the state prediction method based on improved residual grey prediction model. Through the research on the optimization of substation inspection and inspection management in J power supply company and the application of substation overhaul inspection management system, J power supply company makes the substation inspection and inspection more standardized and efficient. More in line with the status of maintenance and Lean management requirements.
