基于正交设计和灰色关联理论的板式省煤器优化

【摘要】:基于正交设计理论和灰色关联理论对新型板式省煤器的结构参数进行了优化研究.选取3种优化变量(长轴长度、短轴长度和板间距),采用正交设计方法确定9组计算模型.综合模拟结果与仿真验证分析得到新型板式省煤器的优化结果,当烟气走板间波纹通道、水走板内循环通道时,在新型板式省煤器长轴长度、短轴长度和板间距3种优化变量中,对优化指标影响最大的因素是板间距,其次是长轴长度,影响最小的是短轴长度.当板长为400mm时,新型板式省煤器的最优结构参数组合为,长轴长度为32mm、短轴长度为12mm、板间距为25mm.并搭建试验台,对此最优结构进行试验验证。研究结果为板式省煤器的设计提供一种思路.
[Abstract]:Based on orthogonal design theory and grey correlation theory, the structural parameters of a new type of plate economizer are studied. Three kinds of optimization variables (long axis length, short axis length and plate spacing) were selected, and 9 groups of calculation models were determined by orthogonal design method. The optimization results of the new type plate economizer are obtained by synthesizing the simulation results and the simulation verification analysis. When the flue gas goes through the corrugated channel between the plates and the water goes through the inner circulation channel of the plate, the length of the long axis of the new type plate economizer is obtained. Among the three optimization variables of short axis length and plate spacing, the most important factor is the plate spacing, the second is the long axis length, and the least is the short axis length. When the length of the plate is 400mm, the optimum structural parameters of the new type economizer are as follows: the length of the long axis is 32mm, the length of the short axis is 12mm, the distance of the plate is 25mm. The test bench is built and the optimal structure is tested and verified. The results provide a way for the design of plate economizer.
