考虑不确定因素的微网优化运行调度研究

【摘要】:微网是智能电网的重要组成部分,是能源互联网概念实现的基础。电力作为重要的二次能源,具有清洁、高效、方便使用的优点,在微网中,可再生能源通过电能的形式加以传输和利用,能够有效缓解石油、煤炭等一次能源资源紧缺的压力,同时最大程度上避免化石燃料带来的环境污染,有助于维持我国经济和社会的健康、协调及可持续发展。微网优化运行调度问题作为微网的核心技术之一,其运行方案的优劣决定了微网能否安全、经济运行,因此在微网技术的研究中具有重要意义。本文对确定性微网优化运行调度和不确定性微网优化运行调度分别进行了相关研究。针对确定性微网优化运行调度,本文构建了微网中各微源的数学模型,随后以经济和环境的综合成本作为优化目标,在满足一定约束条件的基础上,构建微网系统的运行调度数学模型,并利用改进粒子群优化算法对模型进行求解,最终得到微网系统的优化调度方案,实现了微网系统的优化运行。考虑到上述模型中仅关注微网确定性因素导致的调度结果保守性问题,本文随之构建了不确定性微网优化运行调度模型。针对微网中风、光等可再生能源的不确定性,建立微网优化运行调度模型。从不确定理论出发,将风电出力作为模糊随机变量处理,将光伏出力作为模糊变量处理,构造机会约束模糊随机规划模型,并采用模糊随机模拟技术与遗传算法相结合的混合智能算法对模型进行求解,得到不同置信水平下的最优解。将此结果同上述确定性模型进行对比,得到微网调度过程中经济与风险之间的关系,为调度方案的选择提供了可靠参考。
[Abstract]:Microgrid is an important part of smart grid and the basis of realization of the concept of energy internet. As an important secondary energy source, electric power has the advantages of clean, efficient and convenient to use. In the microgrid, renewable energy can be transmitted and utilized through the form of electric energy, which can effectively relieve the pressure of the shortage of primary energy resources such as oil, coal, etc. At the same time, avoiding the environmental pollution caused by fossil fuels to the greatest extent will help to maintain the health, coordination and sustainable development of our economy and society. As one of the core technologies of microgrid, the optimal operation scheduling problem of microgrid determines whether the microgrid can operate safely and economically, so it is of great significance in the research of microgrid technology. In this paper, deterministic microgrid optimal scheduling and uncertain microgrid optimal scheduling are studied respectively. In order to optimize the operation scheduling of deterministic microgrid, this paper constructs the mathematical model of each microsource in the microgrid, and then takes the integrated cost of economy and environment as the optimization goal, and satisfies the certain constraint condition. The operation scheduling mathematical model of microgrid system is constructed, and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, the optimal scheduling scheme of micro-grid system is obtained, and the optimal operation of micro-grid system is realized. Considering the conservatism of scheduling results caused by the deterministic factors of microgrid in the above models, a scheduling model for optimal operation of uncertain micronetworks is constructed in this paper. Aiming at the uncertainty of renewable energy sources, such as stroke and light, the optimal operation scheduling model of microgrid is established. Based on uncertainty theory, wind power output force is treated as fuzzy random variable, photovoltaic output force is treated as fuzzy variable, and chance constrained fuzzy stochastic programming model is constructed. A hybrid intelligent algorithm combining fuzzy stochastic simulation and genetic algorithm is used to solve the model and the optimal solution is obtained at different confidence levels. By comparing the results with the above deterministic model, the relationship between economy and risk in the process of microgrid scheduling is obtained, which provides a reliable reference for the selection of scheduling schemes.
