多级离心泵断轴原因分析

【摘要】:2016年末至2017年初,我公司对一台其他厂家生产的电厂用多级锅炉给水泵进行了检修。该泵主要故障为运行500小时后出现了断轴的问题,现场检修并更换主轴后振动仍然较大,运行不平稳。将该给水泵解体后发现密封环间隙超标,平衡盘、平衡座磨损严重,最主要的问题是现场新换的主轴已经弯曲变形。经研究决定重新测量检查、更换主轴,各叶轮密封环处加工成统一外径,重新加工配制密封环,在不更换叶轮的情况下实施有效的修复。对平衡盘、平衡座重新测绘加工处理,该给水泵经过处理修复后,运行状况良好,达到了预期效果。
[Abstract]:From the end of 2016 to the beginning of 2017, our company overhauled a multistage boiler feedwater pump in a power plant made by other manufacturers. The main failure of the pump is the failure of the shaft after 500 hours of operation. The vibration is still large and the operation is not stable after the maintenance and replacement of the main shaft. After disintegrating the feed pump, it is found that the clearance of the seal ring exceeds the standard, and the balance disc and the balance seat are worn seriously. The main problem is that the newly changed spindle has been bent and deformed. After study, it is decided to re-measure and check, to replace the spindle, to process each impeller seal ring into uniform outer diameter, to reprocess and prepare the seal ring, and to carry out effective repair without replacing impeller. After the reprocessing of the balance plate and the balance seat, the feed pump is in good operation condition and the expected effect is achieved.
