可调光LED驱动电源的设计与实现

【摘要】:LED被称为第四代绿色照明光源,凭借耗电量小、发光效率高、使用寿命长、安全可靠等优点,已经逐步取代传统照明,在众多领域得到广泛应用。目前LED驱动电源存在效率低、输出电流不稳定等问题,缩短了 LED光源寿命,严重影响了 LED照明的发展。此外,为了响应现代照明节能环保的号召,如果能够实现LED智能调光,不仅可以节能,还能延长LED的使用寿命。根据LED驱动电源设计要求,论文设计了一款具有有源功率因数校正电路(APFC)和正激电路两级结构并且带调光功能的LED驱动电源。1.对LED的特性、原理、参数,功率因数校正技术和DC/DC电路拓扑结构进行分析,根据设计需求和设计指标,确定了 LED驱动电源系统设计结构。2.考虑实际应用,设计了输入保护电路、电磁干扰滤波器(EMI)和散热装置,提高了驱动电源的安全性和可靠性;为了提高功率因数和效率,采用ICE3PCS03G主控芯片设计了升压式有源功率因数校正电路和采用芯片NCP1252设计了正激恒压输出电路;分别采用三端集成稳压器LM7809和LED恒流驱动专用芯片LM3404HV设计了 LED恒流驱动电路。3.在研究调光原理的基础上,设计了基于ATmega128单片机的LED调光控制系统,完成了 ATmega128最小系统、温度采集模块、光照采集模块以及人体红外监测模块设计。4.制作LED驱动电源,并对LED驱动电源主要性能参数进行测试,功率因数在0.95以上,效率在85%以上,功率因数和效率有较大提高。在实验室现有条件下,通过ATmega128单片机进行LED照明调光测试,测试结果表明LED驱动电源稳定工作,LED调光效果较好。
[Abstract]:LED is known as the fourth generation green lighting source. With the advantages of low power consumption, high luminous efficiency, long service life, safety and reliability, LED has gradually replaced traditional lighting and has been widely used in many fields. At present, the low efficiency and unstable output current of LED drive power supply shorten the life of LED light source and seriously affect the development of LED lighting. In addition, in order to respond to the call of modern lighting energy saving and environmental protection, if we can realize the intelligent dimming of LED, we can not only save energy, but also prolong the service life of LED. According to the design requirements of LED driving power supply, this paper designs a LED driver power supply with active power factor correction circuit (APFC) and forward circuit with the function of dimming. The characteristics, principle, parameters, power factor correction technology and DC/DC circuit topology of LED are analyzed. According to the design requirements and design specifications, the design structure of LED drive power supply system is determined. Considering the practical application, the input protection circuit, electromagnetic interference filter (EMI) and heat dissipation device are designed to improve the safety and reliability of the driving power supply, in order to improve the power factor and efficiency, The boost active power factor correction circuit and the forward constant voltage output circuit are designed by using the ICE3PCS03G main control chip and the chip NCP1252, respectively, and the LED constant current drive circuit is designed by the three-terminal integrated voltage regulator LM7809 and the LED constant current drive special chip LM3404HV. Based on the study of dimming principle, the LED dimming control system based on ATmega128 microcontroller is designed. The design of ATmega128 minimum system, temperature acquisition module, illumination acquisition module and infrared monitoring module of human body is completed. The main performance parameters of LED drive power supply are tested. The power factor is above 0.95, the efficiency is more than 85%, and the power factor and efficiency are improved greatly. Under the existing conditions of the laboratory, the LED lighting dimming test is carried out by ATmega128 single chip computer. The test results show that the LED driving power supply works stably and the dimming effect of LED is better.
