温差半导体发电技术研究现状

【摘要】:温差半导体发电技术是一种新型的绿色环保的发电技术,能有效减缓当今社会在能源方面的压力。近些年以来,在国内外众多研究者的努力下,温差发电技术取得了很大的进步。最初,由于研究者对热电材料的认识不足,且仅限于金属热电材料,因此热电转换效率比较低下。到了20世纪30年代,由于研究者对半导体金属材料的研究深入,推动了温差半导体发电技术的极大进步。再后来,Douglas等设计出了多模块交互回路温差发电器,使得温差半导体的输出功率得到了更大幅度的提升。如今,温差半导体发电技术已经在实际的生活中广泛应用开来,受到了越来越多国家的重视。本文主要介绍了目前国内外在温差发电技术上的一些研究成果以及在各个领域的应用和发展方向。
[Abstract]:Thermoelectric semiconductor power generation technology is a new type of green power generation technology, which can effectively reduce the pressure on energy in today's society. In recent years, with the efforts of many researchers at home and abroad, thermoelectric power generation technology has made great progress. At first, due to the lack of understanding of thermoelectric materials and limited to metal thermoelectric materials, thermoelectric conversion efficiency is relatively low. In the 1930s, because of the deep research of semiconductor metal materials, thermoelectric semiconductor power generation technology was greatly improved. A multi-module interactive loop thermoelectric generator was designed by Douglas et al. The output power of thermoelectric semiconductor was greatly improved. Nowadays, thermoelectric semiconductor power generation technology has been widely used in practical life, has been paid more and more attention. This paper mainly introduces some research achievements in thermoelectric power generation technology at home and abroad, as well as its application and development direction in various fields.
