提高沙河电厂厂用电电能质量监控技术研究

【摘要】:发电厂厂用电电能质量关系着发电机组的安全和经济运行,如何保证厂用电电能质量在合格的范围是发电企业生产过程中的一个重要内容。近几年,越来越多的变频装置在发电企业生产过程中投入使用,这些变频装置不断给发电厂厂用电系统注入新的谐波,使谐波污染给发电机组安全和经济运行带来了越来越大的挑战。为了提高发电厂厂用电电能质量,保证机组的安全经济运行,本文探索使用相应的技术改进来提高沙河电厂对厂用电电能质量的监测和控制能力。作者本人根据国内外电能质量监控技术的发展,结合自己的工作经验,积极探索出一条提高厂用电电能质量监控技术的途径。总体来说,本文主要是从谐波的实时监测和谐波实时控制两个方向出发,对厂用电电能质量进行治理。谐波实时监测技术与谐波控制技术作为电网谐波治理的两个研究方向,近几年受到越来越多研究人员的重视,市场上也出现了越来越多的工程应用产品。但是具体到电厂厂用电谐波治理,这些新技术的应用却稍显滞后。在我国目前火力发电厂中,关于谐波监测和控制的技术仍停留在九十年代水平,并没有大规模进行技术更新。本文的目的就是探索使用这些谐波治理的最新技术,来解决发电厂厂用电系统谐波的在线监测与控制难题,为保证沙河电厂发电机组安全经济运行做出积极贡献。
[Abstract]:The power quality of power plant is related to the safety and economic operation of generator set. How to ensure the power quality in the qualified range is an important content in the production process of power generation enterprises. In recent years, more and more frequency conversion devices have been put into use in the production process of power generation enterprises. Harmonic pollution brings more and more challenges to the safety and economic operation of generator sets. In order to improve the power quality of the power plant and ensure the safe and economical operation of the unit, this paper explores the use of corresponding technical improvements to improve the monitoring and control ability of the power quality of the power supply in Shahe power plant. According to the development of power quality monitoring technology at home and abroad and combined with his own work experience, the author actively explored a way to improve the power quality monitoring technology of power supply. In general, this paper mainly from the harmonic real-time monitoring and harmonic real-time control two directions, the power quality of power quality treatment. Harmonic real-time monitoring technology and harmonic control technology, as two research directions of harmonic control in power network, have been paid more and more attention by researchers in recent years, and more engineering application products have appeared in the market. However, the application of these new technologies is lagging behind. In the present thermal power plants in China, the technology of harmonic monitoring and control is still at the level of 1990s, and there is no large-scale technical renewal. The purpose of this paper is to explore and use the latest technology of harmonic control to solve the problem of on-line monitoring and control of harmonics in power plant and make a positive contribution to ensure the safe and economical operation of generating units in Shahe Power Plant.
