PEDOT基对电极染料敏化太阳能电池研究进展

【摘要】:染料敏化太阳能电池(DSSC)是新型太阳能电池的研究热点之一,其优异的弱光发电性能被不断探索,同时透明及柔性DSSC在可穿戴设备上的应用也与日俱增。DSSC的循环依靠对电极的作用才能及时高效地完成,因此对电极材料的选择尤为关键。近几年研究者们对对电极材料的研究不断深入,其中可作为DSSC对电极材料使用的高分子导电聚合物聚3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩(PEDOT)因其高导电性、对电解质的催化能力、透明性和柔性等特点受到广泛关注。以含PEDOT或掺杂PEDOT对电极的DSSC为对象,阐述了PEDOT对电极的制备方法,并总结了近几年PEDOT作为DSSC对电极的研究进展。在此基础上,提出未来在电池效率突破研究中应以原位聚合法制备PEDOT对电极为主,以及在大规模工业化生产中应以物理涂覆法为主的观点,为PEDOT对电极DSSC的研究提供依据。
[Abstract]:Dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) is one of the research hotspots in new solar cells, and its excellent performance of low light generation has been continuously explored. At the same time, the application of transparent and flexible DSSC in wearable devices is also increasing. DSSC cycle depends on the role of electrodes to complete timely and efficiently, so the selection of electrode materials is particularly critical. In recent years, researchers have been studying the electrode materials more and more deeply, among which the polymer conductive polymer (poly (3h4- ethylenedioxythiophene) PEDOT), which can be used as DSSC for electrode materials, has high conductivity and catalytic ability to electrolytes. Transparency and flexibility have attracted wide attention. Taking DSSC containing PEDOT or doped PEDOT pair electrode as an object, the preparation method of PEDOT pair electrode is described, and the research progress of PEDOT as DSSC pair electrode in recent years is summarized. On this basis, it is proposed that in the future, in the research of battery efficiency breakthrough, the method of in-situ polymerization should be used to prepare PEDOT pair electrode, and the physical coating method should be used in large-scale industrial production, which provides the basis for the study of PEDOT on electrode DSSC.
