-40℃超低温镍氢电池的研究

【摘要】:本文主要研究了-40℃超低温镍氢电池及低温合金。通过对低温合金和常规合金的成分、粒度、比表面积及P-C-T曲线分析,证明低温合金可以提高镍氢电池低温性能的可行性。通过对两种合金粉的电化学性能测试以及制作成镍氢电池进行性能测试,镍氢电池的比功率和大电流放电性能大幅度提高,在-40℃超低温环境下放电率可以达到80%以上,实现了镍氢电池的超低温放电性能,适合在北方寒冷地区使用,为镍氢电池打开北方寒冷地区市场提供了技术保障。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the ultra-low-temperature nickel-hydrogen battery and low-temperature alloy are studied. By analyzing the composition, particle size, specific surface area and P-C-T curve of low temperature alloy and conventional alloy, it is proved that low temperature alloy can improve the low temperature performance of Ni-MH battery. The specific power and high current discharge performance of Ni-MH battery were greatly improved through the electrochemical performance test of two kinds of alloy powder and the performance test of Ni-MH battery. The discharge rate of Ni-MH battery could reach more than 80% at -40 鈩,
