基于在线检测技术的变电站综合管理的研究与实现

【摘要】:按照国网公司大检修建设要求,大量农网变电站运维、检修工作全部归并到地市公司检修分公司,同时智能变电站大量投运、变电站无人值守和远方操作的推广应用,原有变电站的管控模式存在的问题和困难逐步显现。运维人员开展红外测温的同时,还要兼顾倒闸操作、日常巡视、特殊巡视,工作劳动强度大。高压开关柜的绝缘能力除了柜体结构和材质的因素外,高压开关室内运行环境的凝露、湿度、温度等恶劣环境因素所导致的开关柜绝缘事故屡有发生,对安全生产造成了极大隐患。开关柜属于封闭式设备,巡检时红外设备无法穿透柜体,对于内部刀闸、断路器连接处、主母线连接、电缆接头处,无法第一时间客观、直接、准确的检查其温度变化情况,不能达到提前发现、提前预防的运维管理要求。随着变电站数量逐年增多,各变电运维班组管辖范围随之增大,从队部所在地到达其他变电站的平均距离达到60.73公里,个别偏远变电站的距离可达到一百公里以上,导致日常运维管理中浪费了大量时间在路程上,降低了日常巡检效率,从而无法及时掌握设备的运行情况。本文在现有运维体系的基础上,通过高压室除湿系统、开关柜温湿度在线检测技术、户外电气设备在线红外检测技术,解决了实际生产运行中劳动强度大、巡检频率不高、开柜柜内无法检测等各类问题,并积极开展110千伏变电站的推广工作,从整体上提升运维过程中对设备状态的监控能力,进一步推动变电设备由定期试验向状态检修的转变,全面提升变电综合管理水平。

At the same time, a large number of intelligent substations are put into operation, and the substation is unattended and widely used in remote operation The problems and difficulties existing in the control mode of the original substation gradually appear. Operation and maintenance personnel carry out infrared temperature measurement at the same time, but also take into account the switch operation, daily inspection, special inspection, labor intensity. In addition to the factors of the structure and material of the high voltage switchgear, the insulation accidents of the switchgear caused by the harsh environmental factors such as condensation, humidity and temperature in the operating environment of the high voltage switch room occur time and again. To the safety of production caused great hidden danger. The switchgear belongs to the closed equipment, the infrared equipment can not penetrate the cabinet body during the inspection, for the internal knife brake, the circuit breaker connection place, the main bus connection, the cable connection place, cannot first time objective, direct, accurate check its temperature change situation, Unable to meet the operational and maintenance management requirements for early detection and prevention. As the number of substations increases year by year, the scope of jurisdiction of the substation operation and maintenance teams increases, with the average distance from the team site to other substations reaching 60.73 km, and the distance from individual remote substations to more than 100 km. As a result, the daily operation and maintenance management wasted a lot of time on the distance, reduced the efficiency of daily inspection, and thus could not grasp the operation of the equipment in time. On the basis of the existing operation and maintenance system, through the high pressure chamber dehumidification system, the switch cabinet temperature and humidity on-line detection technology, the outdoor electrical equipment on-line infrared detection technology, has solved in the actual production operation the labor intensity is big, the patrol inspection frequency is not high, Open cabinets can not detect all kinds of problems, and actively develop 110 kV substation promotion work, from the overall operation and maintenance process to improve the state of the equipment monitoring ability, further promote the transformation of substation equipment from regular testing to condition maintenance, Improve the comprehensive management level of substation.
