智能变电站二次安措策略自动生成和在线校核技术

【摘要】:针对目前智能变电站在二次安措票填写及校核方面效率不高且容易出错的情况,提出了一种二次安措策略自动生成和在线校核技术,设计了一套检修安措策略规则。软件根据二次设备之间的停役关系以及对应一次设备的停电状态,分析检修安措时的隔离点及隔离措施,自动生成word格式的安全措施票及XML格式的安措执行条目表。开发了一种具有制造报文规范(MMS)通信功能的手持终端设备,解析变电站配置描述(SCD)文件和安措执行条目表并连接相应的二次设备获取实时状态量信息,对安措执行情况以在线可视化图形界面的方式进行在线校核。通过自动生成与在线校核两方面,提高智能变电站现场技改、消缺和校验的工作效率,同时减少人为因素造成的工作失误。
[Abstract]:In view of the low efficiency and error-prone situation of filling out and checking the secondary security tickets in the intelligent substation at present, this paper presents an automatic generation of the secondary strategy and online check nuclear technology, and designs a set of maintenance strategy rules. According to the relationship between the secondary equipments and the blackout status of the primary equipment, the isolation points and isolation measures are analyzed, and the security measure tickets in word format and the execution table of XML format are automatically generated. A kind of handheld terminal equipment with the function of manufacturing message specification (MMS) communication is developed. The substation configuration description (SCD) file and the table of execution items are analyzed, and the corresponding secondary equipment is connected to obtain the real-time state quantity information. Check the performance of Antsoc online by visualizing the graphical interface. By means of automatic generation and online checking, the working efficiency of field technical innovation, elimination and verification of intelligent substation is improved, and the work errors caused by human factors are reduced at the same time.
