基于H_∞性能指标的微网协调控制方法研究

【摘要】:微网为可再生能源及分布式能源规模化的应用提供了有力的技术支撑。然而,随着微网中分布式电源种类的增加和数量的增多、微网负荷复杂性的增加,微网的运行控制显得尤为重要。微网系统的协调控制为微网优质、可靠、安全、稳定运行提供了技术保障。通过微网系统的协调控制手段,满足微网内部功率平衡的实时调控需求,充分发挥微网输电的灵活性、保证微网运行的稳定性。因此,对微网系统协调控制的研究具有非常重要的意义。本文围绕微网的运行控制策略展开了相关研究。首先,本文总结分析了分布式电源并网逆变器的控制方法以及微网系统的协调控制策略。在此基础之上,研究了H_∞鲁棒控制,针对微网系统可能遭受到的一系列有功、无功功率等扰动,重点分析了H_∞鲁棒控制中的灵敏度极小化问题,将灵敏度极小化问题引入到微网的协调控制当中,以此来满足当微网系统受到小干扰后仍能保证各分布式电源协调运行的要求。然后,本文基于改进P-f/Q-dU/dt下垂控制方法,将微网系统的数学模型转化为了H_∞鲁棒控制的标准问题,由此提出了基于H_∞性能指标的微网协调控制方法,由此实现了在不同工况下的分布式电源功率合理精确分配,并满足了微网系统对电压和频率等电能指标的高要求,使得微网系统动态性能、鲁棒性能得以提高,总体运行性能达到更优。本文选取部分输出量作为反馈量,使得本文所提出的方法更易于工程实现。仿真结果表明,本文方法是正确的、有效的。
[Abstract]:Microgrid provides powerful technical support for the scale application of renewable energy and distributed energy. However, with the increase of the type and quantity of distributed power in microgrid, and the complexity of micro-grid load, the operation control of micro-grid becomes more and more important. The coordinated control of micro-grid system provides technical guarantee for high-quality, reliable, safe and stable operation of micro-grid. Through the coordinated control method of the microgrid system, the real-time control requirements of the power balance in the micro-grid can be satisfied, the flexibility of the micro-grid transmission can be brought into full play, and the stability of the micro-grid operation can be ensured. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the coordinated control of microgrid systems. This paper focuses on the operation control strategy of microgrid.
