基于虚拟脉振高频注入法的永磁电机初始位置检测

【摘要】:对传统脉振高频注入法进行了分析,并在传统脉振高频注入法基础上,加入虚拟高频旋转坐标,对传统脉振高频注入法进行改进,提出基于虚拟脉振高频注入法的永磁同步电机位置检测方法。该方法和传统脉振高频注入法相比,不需要PI调节,工程实现简单,并且解决了传统脉振高频注入法的过零点问题。通过仿真和工程实验,验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。
[Abstract]:The traditional pulse high frequency injection method is analyzed, and the traditional pulse vibration high frequency injection method is improved by adding virtual high frequency rotation coordinate on the basis of the traditional pulse vibration high frequency injection method. A position detection method for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on virtual pulse high frequency injection is proposed. Compared with the traditional pulse vibration high frequency injection method, this method does not need Pi regulation, and the engineering implementation is simple, and the zero-crossing problem of the traditional pulse vibration high frequency injection method is solved. The correctness and effectiveness of the method are verified by simulation and engineering experiments.
