矿用隔爆型电机的水冷结构设计与温升计算

【摘要】：针对矿用隔爆电机体积小、功率大、发热严重等应用特点,合理地设计水冷结构可以有效地平衡电机发热量,保证电机的安全运行。基于流体力学及电机传热学理论开发编制了水冷电机水路结构设计与温升计算程序。以YBSD矿用隔爆型三相电动机为研究对象,对其机壳水路进行了结构设计与热力计算,并进一步计算了电机的温升情况。通过将程序计算结果与实际电机数据进行对比分析,验证了所提方法的可行性和计算的准确性,为矿用隔爆型水冷电机设计提供了技术手段。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of small volume, large power, and serious heating, the rational design of water cooling structure can effectively balance the heat of the motor and ensure the safe operation of the motor. Based on the theory of fluid mechanics and the theory of motor transmission, the water circuit structure design and temperature rise calculation program of the water cooled motor have been developed. The YBSD mine flameproof type is three. The phase motor is the research object, the structure design and thermal calculation are carried out on the waterway of its shell, and the temperature rise of the motor is calculated. The feasibility of the method and the accuracy of the calculation are verified by comparing the results of the program calculation with the actual motor data. The technology provides the technology for the design of the mine flameproof water cooled motor. Means.
