圆台形空冷单元供风方式优化数值模拟研究

【摘要】:鉴于圆台形空冷单元换热中存在的诸多问题,保证空冷凝汽器单元的安全长久运行,通过在冷却壁面下部添加引风环,风机从侧面进风来改善圆台型空冷单元的换热效果。首先利用Fluent软件对出风口狭缝宽度以及倾斜角度对空冷单元换热特性的影响进行模拟分析,确定较优宽度与倾角,得出针对单个空冷单元较优的侧面供风结构;其次将空冷岛分散供风改为集中供风,将新型供风方式下空冷单元换热特性及经济性与原有供风方式进行对比,得到换热性能较好、经济性较好的供风方式。
[Abstract]:In view of the many problems existing in the heat transfer of the round air cooling unit, it ensures the safe and long running of the air cooled condenser unit. By adding an air guide ring in the lower part of the cooling wall, the fan can feed in the air from the side to improve the heat transfer effect of the round platform air cooling unit. Firstly, the effects of slit width and inclined angle on heat transfer characteristics of air cooling unit are simulated and analyzed by Fluent software, and the optimum width and inclination are determined, and the better side air supply structure for a single air cooling unit is obtained. Secondly, the scattered air supply of air-cooled island is changed into centralized air supply, and the heat transfer characteristics and economy of air-cooled unit under the new air supply mode are compared with the original air supply mode, and the air supply mode with better heat transfer performance and better economy is obtained.
