省电力公司用电信息采集系统运维及应用研究

【摘要】:用电信息采集系统是坚强智能电网建设的一个重要核心平台,是第一个大规模建设的智能电网工程项目,是实现电能信息“全采集、全覆盖、全预付费”的基础平台,是加强精益化管理、提高优质服务水平的必要手段。目前系统建设工作已基本完成,但要想真正发挥系统作用,除了建设好,还要运维好、应用好,运维是应用的基础,应用是采集系统的价值体现。如何更有效地运维好、应用好用电信息采集系统,本论文根据实际工作,对用电信息采集系统的运维问题及应用方向进行了详细分析及研究。本文首先对用电信息采集系统架构进行了研究,结合某省电力公司用电信息采集系统建设情况,对其主站、通信信道、采集设备、组网方式、费控方式进行了深入分析,作为后续运维及应用研究的基础;运维研究方面,对数据采集成功率提升、数据质量提升、远程费控执行成功率提升等重点运维问题进行了全环节研究,明确了问题制约点,提出、实施了具体改进措施,并对实施效果进行分析研究。研究了某省公司现行运维机制,并对新旧故障监控及派单方式进行了对比分析;应用研究方面,结合电力公司实际业务及政府相关政策对用电信息采集系统功能进行了深入分析,重点研究了用电信息采集系统在自动抄表和远程费控、线损监测、计量在线监测及智能诊断、反窃电、电价远程下发、配变运行监测、有序用电、电能质量在线监测等8方面的深化应用,深入挖掘了采集系统功能及数据应用价值,同时结合公司实际应用情况进行了应用成效说明。本论文的研究结果对电力公司采集系统运行维护及系统应用推广工作具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。
[Abstract]:The power information acquisition system is an important core platform for the construction of a strong smart grid, the first large-scale smart grid project, and the basic platform for realizing the "full acquisition, full coverage and full prepayment" of power information. It is the necessary means to strengthen the lean management and improve the quality service level. At present, the system construction work has been basically completed, but in order to play a real role in the system, in addition to the construction, but also good operation and maintenance, good application, operation and maintenance is the basis of the application, the application is the value of the collection system. Based on the practical work, this paper makes a detailed analysis and research on the operation and maintenance problems and application direction of the power information acquisition system. In this paper, the structure of power information acquisition system is studied, and the main station, communication channel, acquisition equipment, networking mode and cost control mode are deeply analyzed according to the construction of power information acquisition system in a provincial power company. As the basis of the follow-up research on operation and maintenance, in the aspect of operation and maintenance research, the key operational and maintenance problems, such as data acquisition success rate, data quality improvement, remote cost control execution success rate improvement, etc., are studied in the whole link. Put forward, carry out the concrete improvement measure, and carry on the analysis research to the implementation effect. The current operation and maintenance mechanism of a provincial company is studied, and the new and old fault monitoring and dispatching methods are compared and analyzed. Combined with the actual business of the power company and the relevant government policies, the functions of the power information collection system are deeply analyzed, and the functions of the power information acquisition system in automatic meter reading and remote fee control, line loss monitoring, on-line measurement and intelligent diagnosis are studied. The further application of eight aspects, such as anti-stealing electricity, long-distance electricity distribution, distribution transformer operation monitoring, orderly electricity consumption, on-line power quality monitoring, etc., has deeply excavated the functions of the collection system and the application value of the data. At the same time, combined with the actual application of the company to explain the effectiveness of the application. The research results of this paper have some reference value for the operation and maintenance of the acquisition system and the application and popularization of the system in the electric power company.
