特高压变压器用硅钢片应用磁性能的评估

【摘要】:IEC 60404仅指定了单片硅钢片的磁性能测试方法,难以满足特高压变压器用硅钢片应用磁性能的评估需求。为此,建立了基于铁心模型的硅钢片应用磁性能试验系统,对比研究了2种硅钢片牌号铁心模型的深度磁饱和特性、耐受直流偏磁特性及反复过励磁特性。研究结果表明:试样II铁心模型空载电流在100%~115%额定电压范围内明显大于试样I铁心模型,电流谐波含量及声级也有相同规律;相同直流偏磁电流下,试样Ⅱ铁心模型的空载损耗小于试样I铁心模型,直流偏磁电流大于1.0A后该趋势更加明显;反复过励磁条件下试样Ⅱ铁心模型空载电流及空载损耗波动范围较大,反复过励磁前后空载损耗变化率较小。最后,提出了适用于特高压变压器用硅钢片应用磁性能的8项评估指标,分析结果认为,试样Ⅰ及试样Ⅱ铁心模型在应用磁性能方面差别明显。研究结论为技术人员掌握硅钢片应用磁性能提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:IEC 60404 has only specified the magnetic performance test method of single silicon steel sheet, which is difficult to meet the needs of magnetic performance evaluation of silicon steel sheet used in UHV transformer. A magnetic performance test system for silicon steel sheet based on core model is established. The characteristics of deep magnetic saturation, resistance to DC bias and repeated overexcitation of two kinds of silicon steel plate core models are compared and studied. The results show that the no-load current of sample II core model is obviously larger than that of sample I core model in the range of 100 ~ 115% rated voltage, and the current harmonic content and sound level are the same, and the DC bias magnetoelectric current is the same.
