【摘要】:基于Zeta变换器和Super Buck变换器,构造了一种新颖的航天用三端口非隔离变换器。构造的拓扑可以实现光伏、负载和蓄电池之间能量相互流动,避开了Buck-Boost输出负电压问题,同时Zeta和Super Buck共用了双电感,提高了效率。分析各个模式的增益特性并设计了基于跨导分域控制和最大功率跟踪控制竞争的控制策略,通过PLECS仿真证明了控制策略的有效性。最后,基于TMS320F28335搭建了一台400W样机,实现了对该拓扑的数字控制并验证了拓扑的可行性。
[Abstract]:Based on Zeta converter and Super Buck converter, a novel three-port non-isolated converter for aerospace applications is constructed. The constructed topology can realize the energy flow between photovoltaic, load and battery, avoiding the problem of Buck-Boost output negative voltage, and Zeta and Super Buck share double inductors to improve the efficiency. The gain characteristics of each mode are analyzed and the control strategy based on cross-conductance domain control and maximum power tracking control competition is designed. The effectiveness of the control strategy is proved by PLECS simulation. Finally, a 400W prototype is built based on TMS320F28335, which realizes the digital control of the topology and verifies the feasibility of the topology.
