调控云架构及应用展望

【摘要】:随着特高压交直流互联大电网建设的全面提速、大规模新能源的集中接入、电力市场化改革的深入推进,电网一体化运行特征越来越明显,目前调度自动化系统采用国(分)、省、地分级建设,全网信息综合运用和集中分析决策的支撑能力需进一步提升。文章提出依托云计算、大数据等先进IT技术构建生产控制云(简称调控云),形成"资源虚拟化、数据标准化、应用服务化"的调控技术支撑体系,该体系能够提升多级调控系统协同处置能力、信息化支撑能力及全局资源共享能力,全面保障电网安全优质运行和调度管理精益高效运转。
[Abstract]:With the construction of large UHV AC / DC interconnection power grid increasing in an all-round way, the centralized access of large-scale new energy sources, and the deepening of the reform of electricity market, the integrated operation characteristics of power grid are becoming more and more obvious. At present, it is necessary to improve the support ability of the dispatching automation system by using the national (sub-level, provincial, and local) hierarchical construction, the comprehensive application of the whole network information and the centralized analysis and decision making. Based on cloud computing, big data and other advanced IT technologies, this paper puts forward a control technology supporting system of "resource virtualization, data standardization, application service". The system can enhance the ability of cooperative disposal, information support and global resource sharing of multi-level control system, and ensure the safe and high quality operation of power grid and the lean and efficient operation of dispatching management.
