表面-内置式永磁转子同步电机多目标优化设计

【摘要】:针对表面-内置式永磁转子同步电机(SIPMSM)优化目标多并且彼此之间相互制约的特点,引入一种统计学方法——田口法实现SIPMSM的多目标优化设计。选取齿槽转矩、电磁转矩波动、转矩永磁体质量比和力能指标等特性作为优化目标,并确定了对目标特性影响较大的优化参数和参数影响因子取值范围。建立参数影响因子和优化目标的实验正交矩阵,利用有限元法进行求解,分析参数的影响因子对SIPMSM目标性能的影响比重,从而确定使SIPMSM综合性能最佳的参数组合。通过对比优化前后的目标特性,结果表明优化后SIPMSM的综合性能得到极大的提高。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of multi-objective optimization and mutual restriction between surface and built-in permanent magnet rotor synchronous motor (SIPMSM), a statistical method-Taguchi method is introduced to realize the multi-objective optimization design of SIPMSM. The characteristics of slot torque, electromagnetic torque ripple, torque permanent magnet mass ratio and force energy index are selected as the optimization objectives, and the optimal parameters and parameters influencing the target characteristics are determined. The experimental orthogonal matrix of parameter influence factor and optimization objective is established, and the finite element method is used to solve the problem. The influence factors of parameters on the performance of SIPMSM are analyzed, and the optimal combination of parameters is determined. By comparing the target characteristics before and after optimization, the results show that the comprehensive performance of the optimized SIPMSM is greatly improved.
