基于ZigBee的嵌入墙体式智能插座系统的研究

【摘要】:随着近几年"智能家居"的热潮以及"绿色环保"概念的深入人心,可实时监控家居住宅内用电器的电量、电压、电流等参数的智能插座已经越来重要。然而,目前国内的一些智能插座只是运用已有的电量测量模块插在居室内已有的插线板上并利用短距离无线传输进行点对点通信,没有形成作为家居住宅中将节点系统化、智能化的一种系统,不能够很好的适应智能家居未来的潮流趋势。同时还存在着智能插座智能化程度低、功耗大、体积大、精度低等不足之处。基于以上不足之处,本文设计了一款基于ZigBee的嵌入墙体式智能插座系统。将各个模块和分立元件集成在一块多层板上被嵌入家庭墙体内部的插座预留口中形成一个家居式的插座,各个插座之间通过ZigBee相互通信形成插座系统,并将电量等参数发送至控制显示终端进行图形数据显示以及智能分析控制。系统硬件部分主要由智能插座主板和控制显示终端组成,其中控制显示终端由数据存储器、彩色触摸屏和人机交互界面组成,其内部嵌入了一个ZigBee作为协调器,用于数据的汇集传输。控制显示终端支持日志查阅以及对各个插座模块的智能控制和人工控制。系统软件部分主要由ZigBee协议栈、控制显示终端处理程序以及嵌入到控制显示终端的设计人机交互界面的emWin系统组成。整个系统形成后,在实验室环境首先对系统进行了校准标定实验,选出最佳的校准参考负载,接着进行了精度测试实验和稳定性实验。系统结构设计和实验结果论证了基于ZigBee的嵌入墙体式智能插座系统结构巧妙、智能化程度高、体积小、功耗低、精度高、运行安全稳定,适用于居家装潢时一次性安装。
[Abstract]:With the upsurge of "smart home" in recent years and the concept of "green environmental protection" deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, it has become more and more important to monitor the electrical power, voltage, current and other parameters of intelligent socket in real time. However, at present, some domestic intelligent sockets only use the existing electric power measurement module to plug in the existing cable board in the room and use short-range wireless transmission to carry out point-to-point communication, which is not formed as a residential node systematization. Intelligent system, can not adapt to the future trend of smart home. At the same time, there are some shortcomings such as low intelligence degree, large power consumption, large volume and low precision of intelligent socket. Based on the above deficiencies, this paper designs an embedded wall-type intelligent socket system based on ZigBee. The various modules and discrete elements are integrated on a multilayer board to be embedded into the socket reservation mouth inside the home wall to form a home type socket, each socket communicates with each other through ZigBee to form a socket system. The parameters such as electric quantity are sent to the control display terminal for graphic data display and intelligent analysis control. The hardware of the system is mainly composed of intelligent socket motherboard and control display terminal. The control display terminal is composed of data memory, color touch screen and man-machine interface. A ZigBee is embedded inside the system as a coordinator. For the collection and transmission of data. The control display terminal supports log lookup and intelligent and manual control of various socket modules. The system software mainly consists of ZigBee protocol stack, control display terminal processing program and emwin system embedded in the design of man-machine interface of the control display terminal. After the whole system was formed, the calibration experiment was carried out in the laboratory environment first, the optimal calibration reference load was selected, and then the precision test and stability experiment were carried out. The system structure design and experimental results demonstrate that the embedded wall-type intelligent socket system based on ZigBee has ingenious structure, high intelligence degree, small volume, low power consumption, high precision, safe and stable operation, and is suitable for one-off installation in home decoration.
