输电线路状态在线监测系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:输电线路是电力系统中电能传输的重要组成部分,保障其正常运行是整个电网稳定运行的基础。输电线路地域分布广泛,面临着各种气象环境和地理的影响,当遇到暴雨、雷电、冰雪、落物等自然及外部环境因素变化时,会导致线路短路、断线故障,甚至发生倒塔事故,危及电力系统运行安全。传统的维护方法难以保证线路的安全有效运行,因此,为提高输电线路的管理水平,保障电力系统运行的可靠性,迫切需要一套性能可靠、功能丰富的输电线路状态在线监测系统。论文在调查了目前我国输电线路状态监测工作、深入研究输电线路状态监测过程的基础上,采用MVC设计模式和UML描述工具,以系统用例图和软件结构图的方式完成了系统需求分析和总体框架设计,并对主站系统和终端设备之间的系统通信规约进行分析设计。利用Oracle数据库、Java语言、SSH框架等,在MyEclipse环境下实现了包括系统管理、台账管理、实时监测、数据报表等模块的输电线路状态在线监测系统。针对导线温度监测的重要性,论文最后采用双因素无重复方差分析方法进行导线温度和外界气象因素关联性分析实验,详细描述了外界气象因素和导线温度的关系以及导线温度对输电线路状态的影响。论文研究并实现的输电线路状态在线监测系统已经投入市场并使用。该系统满足了线路管理人员的工作需求,使工作人员可以实时掌握输电线路运行状态,不仅大大提高了工作效率,还避免了一些危险状况的发生,达到了预期研究的目的。
[Abstract]:Transmission line is an important part of electric power transmission in power system, and ensuring its normal operation is the basis of stable operation of the whole power network. Transmission lines are widely distributed in the region and face the influence of various meteorological environment and geography. When the natural and external environmental factors such as rainstorm, lightning, ice and snow, falling objects and other natural and external environmental factors change, it will lead to the short circuit of the line, break the line fault, and even the accident of toppling the tower. Endangers the safety of power system operation. The traditional maintenance method is difficult to ensure the safe and effective operation of the transmission line. Therefore, in order to improve the management level of the transmission line and ensure the reliability of the power system, a set of reliable performance is urgently needed. On-line monitoring system for transmission line condition with abundant functions. On the basis of investigating the current status monitoring of transmission lines in China and deeply studying the monitoring process of transmission lines, the paper adopts MVC design pattern and UML description tool. The system requirement analysis and the overall framework design are completed by using the system use case diagram and the software structure diagram, and the system communication protocol between the master station system and the terminal equipment is analyzed and designed. Using Oracle database Java language SSH framework, an on-line monitoring system of transmission line status is implemented in MyEclipse environment, including system management, account management, real-time monitoring, data report and other modules. In view of the importance of wire temperature monitoring, the correlation analysis between conductor temperature and external meteorological factors is carried out by means of double-factor non-repeated variance analysis method in the last part of the paper. The relationship between external meteorological factors and conductor temperature and the influence of conductor temperature on transmission line state are described in detail. The on-line monitoring system of transmission line condition studied and implemented in this paper has been put into market and used. The system meets the needs of line managers and enables them to grasp the operation state of transmission lines in real time. The system not only greatly improves the working efficiency, but also avoids the occurrence of some dangerous conditions, and achieves the purpose of expected research.
