正银浆料用无铅玻璃特征温度对晶体硅太阳能电池电性能的影响

【摘要】:利用综合差热分析和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对V玻璃、Ge玻璃和Te玻璃特性进行了表征,研究了不同体系的玻璃对电池性能的影响。通过配方的优化和稀土金属氧化物掺杂的Te玻璃,制备出的多晶电池转换效率达16.72%,与铅玻璃的16.94%相当。研究表明:Te玻璃的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)约390℃,电池的转换效率较高;在烧结时,Te玻璃正银浆料能形成均匀的银微晶,形成良好的Ag Si间Ohm接触。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of V glass GE glass and Te glass were characterized by means of differential thermal analysis and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the effects of different glass systems on the performance of the battery were studied. By optimizing the formula and doping Te glass with rare earth metal oxide, the conversion efficiency of polycrystalline battery is 16.72%, which is equivalent to 16.94% of lead glass.
