【摘要】：正2016年11月25日下午,中国电工技术学会等离子体及应用专业委员会第一届委员会成立暨第一次工作会议在北京新大都饭店召开。中国科学院电工所严萍研究员向与会人员致欢迎词,中国电工技术学会韩毅副秘书长宣读了"关于中国电工技术学会等离子体及应用专业委员会第一届委员会组成方案的批复"(电技学字[2016]第113号)文件,并介绍了学会的业务情况。大会举手表决选举严萍研究员为第一届委员会主任委员、王新新教授等4位同志为副主任委员、邵涛研究员为秘书长。新当选的主任委员严萍研究员发表了讲话,
[Abstract]:On the afternoon of November 25, 2016, the first Committee of the Plasma and Applied Professional Committee of the Chinese Electrotechnical Society was founded and the first working meeting was held at the New Metropolitan Hotel in Beijing. Yan Ping, a researcher at the Institute of Electrical Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, delivered a welcoming speech to the participants. Han Yi, deputy secretary general of the Chinese Electrotechnical Society, read out a document entitled "approval of the composition of the first Committee of the Plasma and Applied Professional Committee of the Chinese Electrotechnical Society" (Electrical Technology word [2016] No. 113). And introduced the business situation of the society. The conference voted by show of hands to elect Yan Ping a researcher as chairman of the first session of the committee, Professor Wang Xinxin and other four comrades as vice-chairmen, and researcher Shao Tao as the secretary-general. Researcher Yan Ping, newly elected chairman, delivered a speech.
