基于改进混沌粒子群算法的多源独立微网多目标优化方法

【摘要】:针对目前独立微网优化运行中微源类型与场景设计较为简单、未充分考虑可控负荷作用等问题,以可控负荷作为网内功率平衡的辅助手段,研究多源独立微网的调度优化问题。建立了使发电成本、切负荷补偿成本及微网环境效益最优的多目标优化模型。根据工作日、周末和晴、阴雨天组合设计了四种典型场景,在满足功率平衡等约束的前提下实现独立微网的经济调度。针对优化变量多、场景复杂的微网优化模型,提出了改进的混沌粒子群算法(Chaos Particle Swarm Optimization,CPSO)用于优化问题求解,验证了模型和算法对不同场景微网优化问题的有效性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the simple design of microsource type and scene in the optimal operation of independent microgrid, the problem of scheduling optimization of multi-source independent microgrid is studied by using controllable load as the auxiliary means of power balance in the network. A multi-objective optimization model is established to optimize generation cost, load cutting compensation cost and environmental benefit of microgrid. Four typical scenarios are designed according to the combination of workday, weekend and sunny, rainy weather, and the economic scheduling of independent microgrid is realized under the condition of satisfying power balance and other constraints. An improved chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm (Chaos Particle Swarm Optimization) is proposed to solve the problem of microcellular optimization with multiple variables and complex scenes. The effectiveness of the model and algorithm for different scenarios of microcellular optimization is verified by using the improved chaos Particle Swarm Optimization (CPSO) algorithm.
