螺栓预紧力对大型双排四点接触球轴承载荷分布的影响

【摘要】:通过采用超单元法模拟滚珠-滚道接触,用等效梁法模拟螺栓,得到大型双排四点接触球轴承有限元简化模型,再与不加螺栓有限元算法以及理论算法对比,验证该模型的正确性,并利用此方法分析螺栓预紧力对轴承载荷分布的影响。研究表明:随着均布螺栓预紧力的增加,滚珠-滚道最大接触载荷先降低后小幅增加;非均布螺栓预紧力使滚珠-滚道接触载荷波动加剧;内、外圈螺栓预紧力差异使上、下排滚珠-滚道接触载荷差异增大。
[Abstract]:By using superelement method to simulate ball raceway contact and equivalent beam method to simulate bolt, a simplified finite element model of large double-row four-point contact ball bearing is obtained. The validity of the model is verified and the influence of bolt preload on bearing load distribution is analyzed by using this method. The results show that the maximum contact load of ball and raceway decreases first and then increases slightly with the increase of preloading force of uniform distribution bolt, the fluctuation of contact load between ball and raceway is aggravated by the pretightening force of non-uniform distribution bolt, and the difference of pretension force of inner and outer ring bolt causes that, The difference of contact load between ball and raceway is increased.
