含可再生能源和电动汽车的配电网优化调度研究

【摘要】:随着电动汽车的普及和可再生能源的大力开发,传统电网的经济调度策略已经不能满足大量随机性负荷接入电网带来的挑战。通过合理的调度策略,可以利用电动汽车的V2G功能来为配电网的运行产生积极影响,本文利用电动汽车的V2G功能与配电网中的可再生能源进行优化调度,具有很重要的现实意义。本文主要研究内容如下:1)针对电动汽车用户行驶习惯的特点,模拟了电动汽车无序充电的负荷特性;利用蒙特卡洛模拟的方法对电动汽车总体充电功率负荷进行模拟,结果表明电动汽车进行无序充电会增加配电网负荷峰谷差,影响电力系统稳定性。2)分析了分布式可再生能源接入配电网对配电网产生的影响,在配电网运行优化中考虑风电、光伏等随机性和波动性的可再生能源接入,并利用分布函数对可再生能源出力进行预估,使得模型更加符合现实情况。3)利用双层优化的方法在含有电动汽车与可再生能源的电网系统调度模型中既考虑电动汽车及可再生能源的时间分布特征又考虑其空间分布特征,在上层优化中获得到的配电网中各个时段电动汽车与可再生能源的功率分配情况,在下层优化中考虑其空间分布特性。结果表明协同优化调度策略不仅能够减小配网的峰谷差提高其稳定性,还能够减小配网网损,提高可再生能源利用率。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of electric vehicles and the development of renewable energy, the traditional economic scheduling strategy of power grid can not meet the challenge of a large number of random load access network. Through reasonable dispatching strategy, the V2G function of electric vehicle can be used to make positive impact on the operation of distribution network. In this paper, the V2G function of electric vehicle and the renewable energy in distribution network can be used to optimize the dispatching. Has very important realistic significance. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) aiming at the characteristics of electric vehicle users' driving habits, the paper simulates the load characteristics of electric vehicle charging disorderly, and simulates the overall charging power load of electric vehicle by Monte Carlo simulation. The results show that the disordered charging of electric vehicles will increase the load peak and valley difference of distribution network and affect the stability of power system. (2) the influence of distributed renewable energy access to distribution network is analyzed, and wind power is considered in the optimization of distribution network operation. Random and volatile renewable energy access, such as photovoltaic, and use distribution function to estimate renewable energy output. Make the model more in line with the reality. 3) in the grid system scheduling model with electric vehicle and renewable energy, the time distribution characteristics and spatial distribution characteristics of electric vehicle and renewable energy are taken into account in the grid system dispatching model containing electric vehicle and renewable energy by using the double layer optimization method. The power distribution of electric vehicles and renewable energy in each period of time is obtained in the upper layer optimization, and the spatial distribution characteristics are considered in the lower layer optimization. The results show that the cooperative optimal scheduling strategy can not only reduce the peak and valley difference of distribution network to improve its stability, but also reduce the network loss and improve the utilization rate of renewable energy.
