新型高效固态故障限流器的探究

【摘要】:探究了一种经济型固态故障限流器(Solid-State Fault Current Limiter,SSFCL),不仅研究了该SSFCL的拓扑结构,而且设计了其控制结构模型。在正常情况下,该SSFCL内部串联谐振,此时对外表现为非常低的阻抗值;在故障条件下,该SSFCL的控制结构通过自动触发使得晶体管达到饱和态从而将电容短路,此时限流电感迅速接入电路,对外表现为非常高的阻抗值。该SSFCL除了能够自动控制外,还可以通过故障检测算法由外部控制命令来控制。最后在Matlab仿真平台上搭建和测试了该SSFCL,结果表明,该SSFCL可以在短时间内有力地限制住故障电流,提高了电网的稳定性且保证了电网的经济运行。
[Abstract]:A kind of Solid-State Fault current limiter SSFCL (Solid-State Fault current limiter) is studied in this paper. Not only the topology of the SSFCL is studied, but also its control structure model is designed. Under normal conditions, the SSFCL is in series resonance, and the external impedance is very low. In the fault condition, the control structure of the SSFCL can cause the transistor to reach saturation state by automatically triggering, thus shorting the capacitor. At this point, the current limiting inductance is quickly connected to the circuit, and the external impedance is very high. In addition to automatic control, the SSFCL can also be controlled by external control commands through fault detection algorithms. Finally, the SSFCLs are built and tested on the Matlab simulation platform. The results show that the SSFCL can limit the fault current in a short time, improve the stability of the power grid and ensure the economic operation of the power grid.
