【摘要】：正从顾客上升到交互用户,从交互用户上升到终身用户,对应的是从产品上升到用户交互,用户交互上升到生态价值,从产品价值变成用户交互价值、生态价值。所有的商业模式都是根据时代发展而产生的,移动互联网后面肯定是一个比互联网经济更大的规模经济,那就是物联网。如何做成一个真正的物联网模式?我们的"人单合一"对物联网方面的探索,哈佛商学院等著名商学院专家学者普遍认为这是一个方向。
