区域控制偏差的动态内涵

【摘要】：随着互联电网的日趋复杂、技术的发展和更为先进的管理需求,对区域控制偏差的理解和运用应该与时俱进。文中从互联电网有功功率运行平衡控制性能评价的角度,对区域控制偏差和相关基本概念与理论进行了系统而深入的剖析,明确了频率偏差系数与相对应自然频率特性系数间的偏差是影响有功功率平衡控制准确性的关键,进而提出了应该在规划、计划和调度层面给出提高相关控制性能的措施。提出了动态自然频率特性系数和动态区域控制偏差时间序列等概念,可为新一代评价标准的设计提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:With the increasing complexity of interconnected power grid, the development of technology and more advanced management requirements, the understanding and application of regional control deviation should keep pace with the times. In this paper, the regional control deviation and related basic concepts and theories are systematically and deeply analyzed from the point of view of evaluating the performance of active power balance control in interconnected power networks. It is clear that the deviation between the frequency deviation coefficient and the corresponding natural frequency characteristic coefficient is the key to the accuracy of active power balance control, and some measures to improve the control performance are put forward at the planning, planning and scheduling levels. The concepts of dynamic natural frequency characteristic coefficient and dynamic region control deviation time series are put forward, which can provide a new idea for the design of the new generation evaluation standard.
